Queen Creek Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Queen Creek, AZ and surrounding communities. Specific services, scope, and pricing are defined in individual written estimates or agreements provided to each customer prior to work beginning.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on a site visit and the information available at the time. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed prices unless expressly stated in a written contract. Actual costs may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work (such as subgrade issues, soil instability, or hidden damage). We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with additional work. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Scheduling is confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and scope of work. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any required rescheduling. Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule are asked to provide at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or crews dispatched may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee as described in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract provided for each job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work or as specified in a phased payment schedule for larger projects. We accept payment methods as disclosed at the time of the estimate. Past due balances may be subject to a late fee as permitted by applicable Arizona law. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be specified in the written agreement for each project. No warranty is implied beyond what is expressly stated in writing. Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, extreme weather events, customer misuse, improper maintenance, or conditions beyond our control after project completion.
THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Queen Creek Asphalt Paving and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Queen Creek Asphalt Paving and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content without our prior written permission.
We encourage customers with concerns to contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be filed in the appropriate courts located in Arizona, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
